Your choice of a juicy grilled Chicken Breast or our Tender Slow Roasted Prime Rib grilled to a delicious medium rare, topped with Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions.  Served over a bed of crisp Lettuces, garnished with fresh Tomatoes, grated Carrots, slices of cucumbers, and slices of hard-boiled Egg, Monterey Jack Cheese, topped with slices of purple onion.
